  1. To Add an Non-Recurring Event press (A) and the following prompts
  2. will be presented.

  4. Description :       < Describe the event here in 60 characters
  5. Date :              < Date in the form MM/DD/YY
  6. thru :              < Another date if needed
  7. Time :              < The time of the Event
  8. Place :             < Where the event takes place in 65 characters
  9. Phone :             < Phone number where information can be had
  10. Contact :           < A person to get information from in 35 characters
  11. Fee :               < The cost in 35 characters

  13. Memo is a Empty Memo Field.

  15.  Press (A)dd Memo or (N)o Change :   < Press (A) to add a Memo
  16.                                        Press (N) if none

  18. If a field isn't large enough for the information you need to
  19. enter, leave the field blank and place the information in the
  20. Memo. The Memo will take 20 lines of data.

  22. Any events that you have added can be edited or deleted by you
  23. at any time.
