  24. IMPORTANT!     The message files, and the .RPT file, must ALL be placed in
  25.                the SAME directory as RADCD.EXE.  A seperate directory
  26.                for RADCD and its support/configuration files is
  27.                highly reccomened.

  30. NOTE:  The format of the message files extensions, the extension should
  31.        match a number of a language for your RemoteAccess BBS setup.
  32.        Assumming you have languages setup as such:
  33.  
  34. Position in RAL List    Message File Name
  35.  
  36.   1. English            DCDMSG/SECDOWN.1
  37.   2. Dutch              DCDMSG/SECDOWN.2
  38.   3. French             DCDMSG/SECDOWN.3
  39.   4. Abusive            DCDMSG/SECDOWN.4
  40.   5. Cowpoke            DCDMSG/SECDOWN.5

  43.   Also files DCDMSG.0 and SECDOWN.0 are REQUIRED, these are used when:
  44.  
  45.   a) The user has no language defined, and the user record shows 0
  46.   b) There is no message file created for the users chosen language,
  47.      ie: their chosen language is Language #7, and no DCDMSG/SECDOWN.7
  48.      exists, then DCDMSG/SECDOWN.0 is used.
  49.  
  50.   So any Language Specific file may be ommitted, as long as a
  51.   DCDMSG.0 and a SECDOWN.0 "DO" exist.
