  7.       It is a tool for Bulletin. It can show Today's Callers on
  8. your BBS, and you can define the Tittle and Color of TODAY's CA-
  9. LLERS.

  12. who can use thier language. e.g. I can use it with Chinese Tittle,
  13. and someone who knows little English but he knowa Chinese well so
  14. he will understand what it means... :-)
