  5. Your access level is B,  which means you are a new user.    After the SysOp has
  6. reveiwed your account (usually within 24 - 48 hours), your access level will be
  7. upgraded to C, which is the normal level given to users with full access to all
  8. user areas with a 90 minute daily time limit.   As a new user,  you have access
  9. to most user areas, and a 60 minute time limit.

  11. Although the WR-BBS Headquarters BBS is the  primary support outlet for WR-BBS,
  12. you do not have to be a SysOp (or have a copy of WR-BBS) to use this system. It
  13. is open to the public.  This board is running a beta version of WR-BBS.  Please
  14. feel free to look around.
