Welcome at last to LadyBug Version 1.0!!
I had planned to have this ready in January but, well, .... Anyhow it
didn't make it. The new version has many corrections, and new
functions, and is, I hope, worth the wait many of you have had.
LadyBug Version 1.0a
--------------------
This disk contains LadyBug, an implementation of LOGO Turtle Graphics
for the IBM PC. It is double sided, 8 sector and will work with
PC/DOS versions 1.1, 2.0, and 2.1. It should work with MS/DOS version
1.25, 2.0, and 2.1 on machines which are compatible with the PC but
has not been tested on them.
The files on the diskette are:
LB.EXE is the program.
*.BUG are LadyBug procedures.
LADYBUG.LST is the document.
The only control code in this file is a Form Feed so
it should print on virtually any printer.
On any DOS do: COPY LADYBUG.LST LPT1:
On DOS 2.x do: PRINT LADYBUG.LST
ADDENDA.LST is an addenda to the manual for this version.
PROBLEM is both a problem report form and a mailer for it.
LADYBUG.GET contains instructions for ordering LadyBug.
See the file ADDENDA.LST for a list of known bugs and other
information specific to this version.
Hardcopy documentation is no longer available. All documentation is
on the diskette.
An updated version of LadyBug will be ready (I hope) some time in May
1984. If you would like a copy, order according to the instructions
in the manual and MARK THE OUTSIDE of the package:
LADYBUG 1.1
I'll save it until the new version is ready. The update will
incorporate fixes to problems, some new function, and additional
LadyBug procedures.
Despite a lot of testing, it is most probable that you will find
things wrong. I certainly want to know about them so that I can fix
them. If you print the file PROBLEM, you will have both a form to
fill out and an addressed mailer. Just make a quick note about the
problem and drop the form in the mail.
