  3. v0.05a:
  4. New command line option -AD will automatically detect the terminal type 
  5. on the remote end every time you enter the door. This will help those 
  6. systems that had RIP users have ASCII ...

  9. New keyword in .cfg file! "PollingValue" You can use this to fine tune
  10. your multitasker!

  15. Read the SAMPLE.CFG for info on Multitasking Envroments, if you don't have 
  16. one, uncomment the .cfg file's option NoMultitasker. It should not harm DOS
  17. but just in case.

  19. v0.03c:
  20. I found a bug with the command line so I released this version. If the game
  21. had to be started up from config files, this should fix it! It was a bug
  22. that prevented the dropfile to be found if you were using the -p command
  23. line argument. It should work well now!

  26. I changed the NY2008.CFG file to SAMPLE.CFG file so that unzipping new 
  27. version won't kill your config, so if you want to use the new .CFG file, copy
  28. it to NY2008.CFG! Or just see what's new, there is new stuff in 0.03!

  31. You can now add igm's as fight events, read the adding igm's section of 
  32. the sysop.doc!

  34. wb6 and up:
  35. If you ran wb5 run the crash recovery (-CR option) once you install the game.
  36. wb5 had a bug which didn't get rid of some of the files and left them in.

  40. I changed the .inf dropfile format for IGM's. It is nothing that won't take 
  41. just a minute or so to upgrade the IGM. Sorry about this, but when I was 
  42. creating the JACKPOT IGM I found that you really need those two fields that
  43. were added. BTW now there are three igms for ny2008 (NY_JP11.ZIP, NY_BAR11.ZIP
  44. and NY_SHOOT.ZIP) or these are at least the ones i made!

  55. on the FIDONET echo OPENDOORS (since I those are the drivers I used) and they 
  56. can help you there a bit. And, if you still have not found a problem, try 
  57. browsing through some other doors DOC's and they can help you, (if it is 
  58. just the general COMM settings).
