  1.          There are a variety of possible problems that are occuring, the most
  2. likely problem to occur is the use of different file transfer protocols, in
  3. which case, I'd suggest you use a file transfer protocol that both the bbs, and
  4. your modem software understand... other problems may be, not being abel to
  5. access the transfer section, in which case you were probably miss-behaving,
  6. leaching, or you are a new user and aren't registered yet... the only other
  7. problem I can think of is being able to access the transfer section, but not
  8. being able to download, where the most likely problem is that you don't have
  9. enough time left to download the file you want...
