  126. I thought this was a good idea, I guess I was wrong.  In two months, only 18
  127. ballots were received.  Considering the poor turnout, I don't think there will
  128. be a "Second-Annual Baltimore BBS Poll" unless I get more request to do it
  129. than I got ballots.

  131. It should be noted that although I included a "Top Ten" list, the small
  132. turnout makes the numbers virtually meaningless.  I think if 100 or more
  133. ballots had come in there might has been more value in the results.  In the
  134. end, it was an interesting experiment.
