  1. Upgrading to SNEWS 1.15 or Later.

  3. SNEWS 1.15 and later use a different history file from earlier versions.
  4. When upgrading, rename your snews "history" file to "history.snw".
  5. Otherwise snews will complain that it cannot find its history file.
