  1. COOKIE for Windows 3

  3. This release of cookie has been designed for Windows 3.
  4. It now has a colour icon, more reliable re-sizing.
  5.  
  6. A timer has been added that updates the cookie approximately every minute.
  7. This is only operational providing there are less than 16 other timers in operation at the same time.
  8.  
  9. In order to use this program you must ensure that you have COOKIE.EXE and
  10. COOKIE.DAT in the same directory. The COOKIE.DAT file contains a set of
  11. demonstration cookies which have the following format;
  12.         Each line begins with a hash (#) symbol.
  13.         A percent (%) symbol forces a new line.
  14.         No cookie is longer than 255 characters.
  15.         A cookie is on one line only (the program automatically wraps                        the cookie).

  17. Please distribute this program at will, but under no circumstances can it
  18. be sold commercially.
  19. When distributing this program please ensure that the following three files
  20. are distributed together;
  21.         COOKIE.TXT
  22.         COOKIE.EXE
  23.         COOKIE.DAT
