  5. NUGI.EXE (New User Guide to the Internet) is a Windows 3.0/3.1 executable 
  6. file.  HELPNUGI.HLP is a Windows 3.0/3.1 help file.  Both files require Windows 
  7. 3.x for operation. 
  8.  
  9. Both files should reside in the same directory and the use of a hard drive is
  10. preferred (or use a RAM drive if speed is an issue).  The material in the help 
  11. file is designed to introduce Internet features/information to new internet 
  12. users.

  14. Please note that this is a BETA release (not a final version).  It is being 
  15. released in the hopes that feedback will help the development of the final 
  16. product.   These files are protected under copyright but may be freely 
  17. distributed across the Internet (note that this excludes any other means of 
  18. transmittal (i.e. non-Internet BBS, disk, etc).  The final version will be a 
  19. shareware product with a less restrictive distribution.
