This demo version of Talking Clocks illustrates most of the features of the full version, but some have been disabled, including:
Printing
The full version can print out each question asked, the answer given, with a tick or a cross.
Options
There are three pages of options. In this demo version you can change them but you can't use or save them.
Number of 'goes'

The demo version has been programmed to quit itself after several goes.
Using the demo version
----------------------
The program will run from the CD, or you can copy it onto a floppy disc or onto your hard drive.
It is compatible with RISC OS 2 and 3, but RISC OS 2 users should make sure that the computer has seen !Fonts with Trinity.Medium in it before you try to load the program. Trinity.Medium was supplied in the !Fonts folder that came with your computer on Applications Disc 1. If you are still using RISC OS 2 we strongly recommend that you upgrade to RISC OS 3.
To load Talking Clocks, just double-click on !CLOCKSDEM, then click on the Clocks icon on the icon bar.
From time to time the program will access the CD, hard disc or floppy to load in sound samples, so if you're running it from a floppy or CD, leave the CD or floppy in the drive all the time.
If the text draws slowly on the screen, use the Task Manager to increase your font size in steps of 32k until you find a value that suits your setup.
The Full Version
----------------
The full RISC OS version of Talking Clocks costs ú35 + VAT. A PC Windows version is also available - same price.
