  9. ^4 One of our `jobs' as[2 ~SPARX'[0 is the putting together of the disks on
  10. ^4the[2 AMOS[0 P.D. Library. Over the last few months we have noticed that
  11. ^4there are a few names that pop up quite regularly as contributors.
  12. ^4although none of them have quite made Licenseware yet, if they keep
  13. ^4on trying, the next thing they write could be the one to make the
  14. ^4grade.
  15.  
  16. ^5 We hope that by mentioning them on[2^3 SPOTLIGHT,[0^5 they will be
  17. ^5encouraged to keep on writing, and not give up programming. This
  18. ^5magazine is for programmers of all abilities, but with the beginner
  19. ^5or `improver' in mind. After all, it has only been a year since our
  20. ^5first program was finished, so we know how frustrating it can be
  21. ^5trying to get things to work.

  29. ^6 Ben Ashley has been sending programs into the library for quite a
  30. ^6while now, we are told that he's one of the younger programmers,
  31. ^6being a mere thirteen years old. Ben hopes that one day he will get a
  32. ^6program onto Licenseware, and from what we've seen so far, if he
  33. ^6keeps improving at the speed he is at present, then this will happen
  34. ^6one day.

  36. ^7 Having looked at the `inside' of the programs, we can see that Ben
  37. ^7is a very neat coder, and has the potential of writing a real goody
  38. ^7one day, if he carries on his interest with Amos.
