  4.   This is a demonstration of AMTUITION, a library of AMOS procedures to
  5. emulate the "look and feel" of Workbench 3.0 in AMOS applications.
  6. AMTUITION works with both AMOS the Creator V1.36 and also AMOS Pro V1.x/
  7. 2.0, and makes your applications almost indistinguishable from "real"
  8. Intuition applications - use AMTUITION until the official AMOS Intuition
  9. upgrade appears!

  11. Included in this archive is the demonstration and this textfile only;
  12. the full AMTUITION distribution includes:

  14.  o  Full set of AMTUITION WB3.0 emulation procedures (in sourcecode form)

  16.  o  Comprehensive user guide, listing function and syntax of every procedure
  17.  
  18.  o  Sourcecode for this demonstration

  23. This demonstration archive has been uploaded to Aminet FTP sites.

  25. The demonstration opens a simulated "custom screen", and displays
  26. a selection of gadgets, all of which perform an action when clicked upon.
  27.  I haven't included any instructions because the program is so simple to
  28. use!

  30. The full AMTUITION system has procedures for:
  31.  
  32.    o Bevel (3D) boxes
  33.    o Radio buttons
  34.    o Listview boxes
  35.    o Sliders (horizontal & vertical)
  36.    o Palette boxes
  37.    o Screen title bars
  38.    o Windows (with optional gadgets & backfill)
  39.    o a fully-featured asl.library-style file requester
  40.      (moveable)
  41.    o a fully featured font requester
  42.    o a fully featured palette requester, offering the ability to set
  43.      your application's colours whether you're using 4 colours or 64!

  45. Note too that:
  46.    o you don't have to use all the procedures- some are interdependant,
  47.      but most are stand-alone.
  48.  
  49.    o programs written using AMTUITION can be distributed without
  50.      paying any royalties to either myself or the CLR, provided that
  51.      your programs are run-only (compiled)

  59. Register, both in the United Kingdom and throughout the world.

  64.   The system comes on one disk, and costs #3.50 UK pounds or equivalent.
