  8.          Welcome to The Sound Generator version 3.00!  This is the
  9.          fourth version of The Sound Generator.

  11.               I have added the following in this version:
  12.          * Color Welcome Screen
  13.          * Sounds during the welcome screen
  14.          * Welcome screen bypass
  15.          * 10 More Sounds in 'Make Your Own Sounds' Option
  16.          * Phone Ringing Sound
  17.          * 3 Sound Band
  18.          * Faster Screen Writes
  19.          * Ignores CTRL-C (Break)
  20.          * Shorter Source Code
  21.          * In 'Make Your Own Sounds', Sounds are in order.
  22.          * WELCOME.EXE not included for smaller Zip File
  23.          * ANSI not used for people who cannot support it.

  25.          Special Instructions for use of The Sound Generator v3.00

  27.          Make Your Own Sounds - Option #1
  28.          --------------------------------
  29.          To make sounds, press numbers 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
  30.          and Shift 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.

  32.          NOTE: When you press a number, there is a delay before
  33.                the sound shuts off so you don't have to keep
  34.                pressing it.

  36.          Press the 'X' key to return to main menu (Not Case Sensitive)

  38.          Bypass Welcome Screen
  39.          ---------------------
  40.          I have added sounds to the welcome screen, so after a while
  41.          you might not want to hear the sounds everytime you run
  42.          The Sound Generator.  This is why I addedd this option.
  43.          On the command line, add /O (Must be capital). So if you would
  44.          want to bypass the welcome screen, you would enter the following:
