  1. The  version  of req.library included is version 2.8, which is a patched version
  2. of  req.library  2.7.  The  only  difference  between  the two is that a library
  3. closing   bug   that  would  cause  graphics.library  to  be  closed  twice  and
  4. rexxsys.library to not be closed was fixed.
  5.
