  8. XPK is an interfacing standard between application programs and packer 
  9. libraries. Every XPK application program can pack data with any XPK packer.

  11. Distributability
  12. XPK is copyrighted, but freely distributable for non-commercial use. Some
  13. parts of XPK have a different legal status, ie. PD, GPL or shareware.
  14.  
  15. In this part of the xpk distribution are sources to a lot of xpk stuff.

  17. Changed to last release:
  18. cleaned up the release, removed XFH, fixed all files to match new includes,
  19. added makefile for Shell programs
