  2.    $midw(<offset> <count> <text>)
  3.  
  4. Technical:
  5.    This function returns the input text, starting at the given word offset,
  6.    and not exceeding the total number of words specified.  The offset is
  7.    counted from 0 (zero).
  8.  
  9. Practical:
  10.    This function operates on words in the same manner that $mid() operates
  11.    on characters, returning only a subset of the input word list.  This is
  12.    probably mostly useful in a script, perhaps to display the partial
  13.    contents of a variable.

  15. Returns:
  16.    word subset from input list, or nothing if error
  17.  
  18. Examples:
  19.    $midw(2 2 hello there how are you?)     returns "how are"
  20.    $midw(2 4 hello there how are you?)     returns "how are you?"
