- $rigmask(<address>)

- Technical:
- This function is effectively the reverse of igmask(6). It takes a
- nick!user@host as an argument, and returns whichever patterns on the
- ignore(1) list match.

- Returns:
- all ignorance list entries that would be triggered by <address>

- Examples:
- /ignore *.foo.com ALL
- /ignore fnord!*@* MSGS

- /eval echo $rigmask(user!something@bar.foo.com)
- *.FOO.COM
