  2.    load sound

  4. Description:
  5.    This script attempts to emulate the /sound command of mIRC.  When the
  6.    client receives a CTCP SOUND request, it will attempt to play the
  7.    sound file specified.  This requires that a variable $PLAYWAV be
  8.    defined to the location of an external program that can play .wav
  9.    files.  A sound may be sent with the /sound command:

  11.      /sound <target>|* <wav file> [<action text>]
  12.  
  13.    If the target is "*", then the sound is sent to the current channel
  14.    or query.
