What a year! By the grace of the
good people of Ohio, George W. Bush
maintained his Presidency. And the
good times just got better!
A big number of big people got in
big trouble this year. Our two to six
billion dollar a month adventure in
Iraq came under scrutiny. Protesters
were dispersed or jailed for various
reasons. And staunch patriots reveled
in the greatness of America.
Disasters happened by chance or by
Intelligent Design. And our
increasingly divided nation came
together to help the homeless like
never before.

But pictures speak louder than
words. So here are images from the top
story of each month of 2005.
Sit back and enjoy. You can look at
any month by pressing the letter key
before its listing. From the Menu you
can press <S> to toggle the music, or
press <Q> to go to the end of the
show. Or press <RETURN> to watch the
whole year.
When a picture is displayed, press
any key to continue.
And thank Whoever you thank that we
made it to 2006!

If you have clothes on your back,
food in the fridge, and a roof over
your head, you are doing better than
75 percent of the population of the
world.
If you have money in the bank, cash
in your wallet, and change in a dish
someplace, you are in the top eight
percent of the world's wealthy.
So as we enter this new year, it is
time to ponder our amazing good
fortune -- and respond with compassion
and justice to all six billion
residents of our planet.
Rev. Dave Moorman
