Fold down the middle and glue the back of one of the sides. - - 3. Fold and stick together and then cut out where shown. 4. Take the rectangle and fold where shown. 5. Use the folds to roll the paper into a triangular tube, gluing the last fold before sticking together. 6. Slot the tube through the base.
