However, not all women possess this sensitive area. The G-spot response consists of extreme erotic sensitivity, resulting in orgasm accompanied, in a few women, by what looks like ejaculation. Not all women with a G-spot response ejaculate, while some women report that out of five G-spot orgasms, only one may include ejaculation.
