ApplicationFKEY is an FKEY resource that, once installed into the active system file, enables you to cycle through foreground applications using the COMMAND-SHIFT-ZERO key combination.
As far as Apple Media Tool development goes the FKEY makes it possible to return to the Finder from a runtime (when working in a single monitor environment) without having to quit the runtime (therefore perhaps defeating the purpose of returning to the Finder in the first place).
Using ApplicationFKEY 1.0
You need to copy the FKEY resource (and only the FKEY resource) from the ApplicationFKEY 1.0 file and paste it into the active system file. You will need ResEdit to perform this task. All care should be taken when using ResEdit.
Once installed the FKEY resource detects the COMMAND-SHIFT-ZERO key combination and cycles through to the next available foreground application (in the order that the applications were launched).
