Notes: during the installation process, you will be asked where
Quake is installed and the full path of quake.exe.
You will first be asked to provide the drive and directory
where Quake is installed.
After the installation is finished, you will be returned to
to the DOS prompt in your Quake directory. A message will
appear saying "Type QZONE to continue." Typing QZONE will
launch the Q Zone front-end.
The 1st time the Q Zone front-end is launched, you will be

Click on the "Start" button

Then type quake.exe and press the "Enter" key.
(This will cause Windows 95 to search for quake.exe

If Quake is installed in C:\quake
when prompted during the installation, type C:\quake
when prompted when launching the front-end for the
first time, type C:\quake\quake.exe
If Quake is installed in E:\games\id\quake
you would type E:\games\id\quake
and
E:\games\id\quake\quake.exe
when prompted during installation and when
launching the front-end for the first time,
respectively.
