Image Club Graphics Inc. Licensing Agreement:
Read this licensing agreement carefully before using this product. By using this product you acknowledge that you have read this, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Image Club Software Product may be used on one (1) printer only. A separate licensing agreement and fee is required if you wish to use the Image Club Software Product on more than one printer. For information regarding a Multi User License, please contact the MATT BLACK office.
2. When using an outside service bureau or high resolution output service, one copy of this Image Club Software Product may be made to accompany the document in which the software has been used. This copy is for one time use only and must be removed from the service bureau's possession upon completion of the service.
3. The Image Club Software Product may not be duplicated or copied except for one copy of each diskette for back up purposes (see paragraph 2 for exceptions). All copies must remain in your possession and shall comply to the same terms and conditions as the original.
4. If a Multi User License is obtained, only the number of copies needed to run the software simultaneously on the machines covered by the Multi User License may be made.
5. This license and the Image Club Software Product may be transferred to a third party provided that the third party agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you destroy any remaining copies of this Image Club Software Product in your possession upon transfer of ownership.
6. This license does not transfer any right, title or interest in the Image Club Software Product to you except as stated in these terms and conditions. You are forewarned that Image Club Graphics Inc. claims protection of the Image Club Software.
7. Image Club reserves the right to terminate this license upon breach. Upon termination, you will be required to return all copies of this Image Club Software Product to MATT BLACK.
8. In the event you modify the Image Club Software Product or include it in any other software program, this license is terminated and you agree to remove the Image Club Software Product or any portion of it from the modified program and return it to MATT BLACK.

Hints On Using Image Club Pictures
----------------------------------
Due to the amount of detail in the Image Club pictures they can take some time to redraw when the desktop windows are updated. Most Desktop Publishing applications offer the option to switch off the display of graphics in frames. This will speed up the editing of documents containing Image Club graphics.
The images on this disc can be edited and adapted for use in a variety of ways. Various applications are available to enable you to do this. The best is Artworks from Computer Concepts. Others that are available are Vector, Poster and Chameleon from 4Mation and Midnight Express from Midnight Graphics. These applications can be used to enhance and colourise the Image Club illustrations.
