Labels: text | screenshot | font | number OCR: DID YOU KNOW? Cats use their whiskers to help them kill effectively during both day and night. Whiskers give a cat the ability to work out the shape of the prey animal in the instant the cat strikes at it. This information tells the cat which part of the prey's neck to bite in order to administer a rapid kill. After the kill, the whiskers may remain in contact with the prey, in order to detect any movements that would indicate that the prey is alive.
