- No. "Replace block start" means delete *all* previous block marks and set a new
- one. If only one block is supported, this is equivalent to "Set block start"
- and CTRL B is a good way to do this.

- What do you do to select a file on the desktop? You klick on it. And what
- do you do to select an additional file? You do the same while you are holding
- shift.

- The straight forward way to do the same with blocks ist to use
- Shift+CTRL B and
- Shift+CTRL E
- to mark an additional block.
