  8. While preparing my final proposal for the vote I was thinking that Revert
  9. might have the keyboard shortcut Shift+CTRL+O instead of the rather
  10. confusing Undo combis I proposed before.
  11. Any objections?

  13. It looks like the CTRL+A will be setled shortly and I will then put to a
  14. vote the comlete proposal with the exception of issues like CTRL+W which
  15. may require a separte vote.

  17. We can then move on to stage two - defining the apps_def.inf file format.
  18. Andre and myself will try to produce a BASIC procedure for parsing the file
  19. for use of others. Listening to arguements put forward by other subs I tend
  20. to agree now that all apps should support the file. This will have the
  21. clear advantage of resolving the German/American incompatibilities.

  23. I handle key cuts by reading them from the menu items. I suspect many of
  24. you do the same. It is therefore very easy to read a conf file and modify
  25. the menu items accordingly, before scanning them for the shortcuts. Hard
  26. coding them is not a good idea IMO.
