  3. Included in this volume is a mixture of various styles, 12 tunes in all. 
  4. Some are fairly long. They have not been voiced for any specific set of 
  5. instruments, so you need to mix and match according to your own tastes.  
  6.  
  7. These songs were downloaded from the MACFUN Forum, Library 10.  All are 
  8. direct conversion  from DMCS to Midi File Format (MFF), Format 1 
  9. (multitrack).

  34.     The 3rd movement for JS Bach's Partita #3 for solo violin ("Gavotte en
  35.     Rondeau").  The first movement is available as BACHPA.SIT. It is for one
  36.     instrument and is set up for MIDI, but you can easily change the instru-
  37.     ment to a single Deluxe Music voice. If you have a Roland MT-32, it's set
  38.     for the guitar voice. Sounds great on an old Nonesuch recording for lute!

  58.     Yes, just in time for the holidays, it's the Hallelujah chorus from
  59.     Handel's Messiah.  This is for Deluxe Music Construction Set, with six,
  60.     count 'em six, parts.  First four are (respectively) soprano, alto, tenor
  61.     and bass; bottom two are for organ or piano.  MIDI presets are for a
  62.     Roland MT-32. Hallelujah! Almost no dynamic markings; no tempo changes --
  63.     they're up to you.

  73.     This delightful tune is the first movement of Mozart's Quartet in C Major
  74.     K #157.  Repeats were ommitted for brevity.  They are marked if you want
  75.     to put them back in.  Please don't use the "Flash Notes" or "Player Piano"
  76.     options because they weigh down DMCS with unneccessary processing which
  77.     diminishes playing ability.  Contains ALTO clef.  Quite "trilling."

  108.     This is a transcription of Bach's Prelude and Fugue in A Minor BWV 543. It
  109.     was done with the Deluxe Music Construction Set on a 512K Mac. Since it is
  110.     71K long, I doubt it will work on a 128K Mac. I did this transcription as
  111.     part of an effort to learn to read music. Any constructive criticism is
  112.     welcome.
