  9.  What is Silly Little Mod Player?
  10.  
  11.         Silly Little Mod Player is of course, an amiga module player.
  12.         It started as a 'TrakBlaster Front End Loader' (Summer Project)
  13.         about [07/15/92]. Found some small, efficient mod playing
  14.         routines. Implemented into the program and took out the
  15.         TrakBlaster information.

  19.  So how does it work?

  21.         There are easy-to-understand menus.  No problem unless you are a
  22.         total idiot. (Which is probably the case...)

  26.  Requirements/Limitations?
  27.  
  28.         As with most module players, this is not fully compatible with
  29.         most Extended Memory Managers.  Just disable the managers.
  30.         Anyway, for minimum performance, a 80386SX/16 is sufficient.
  31.         VGA is required for 50 column mode.  Graphics will be
  32.         implemented a few releases later (Promised :) ).  Silly supports
  33.         the Disney Sound Source, SoundBlaster, and PC Speaker.   I have
  34.         not found any other compatiblity problems so far.

  38.  Does it play ALL types of modules (With *.MOD extention)?

  40.         Silly supports ProTracker 31 instrument, SoundTracker, and
  41.         NoiseTracker.  I don't know about the rest, but that's all you
  42.         need. (Hehe)

  54.         I guess that's it.  It's isn't too hard to use, and has some
  55.         cool options like :

  57.            o  Toggle Channels on and off
  58.            o  Slide Volume Louder/Softer
  59.            o  Shell to DOS with roughly 350k left
  60.               -- With a 386SX/16 - 14.4k - 16450UART:
  61.                  I get NO ERRORS while running Qmodem v5.01
  62.                  and dowloading.
  63.                  With a 486/33 16550A UART 16.8k:
  64.                  Hah, your computer could download, play a
  65.                  module and yawn.
  66.            o  Change SamplingRate (This is too cool.. Hehe)
