              KGB partial solve by Dennis I. Kornyukhin:

                   Chapter one.

       You  start at your office.  Wait until mayor Vovlov call you.  Go to
Vovlov's office.  He will give you orders. Go to the Golitsin's office.
Show your's ID to the guard.  Inspect the office.  Get the matches,  box of
matches  and batteries.  Wait until Golitsin's sister comes in.  Talk to
her. She'll give you a microcassette. Talk to guard. Ask him for the key to
the drawer. Open drawer with a key. Take the recorder and newspaper cutting.Use
batteries on the recorder. Play the recording. Return the key to the guard.
Go to dept P.
       Tell Vovlov about microcassette.  When he ask the codename, tell him
"Hollywood".  You are at the Galushkin's office. Hmm... What they are doing
here ? He give you his stupid orders. Go to the uncle Vania's.
       Talk  to  Vanya.  Go  to  your  bedroom and get sixty bucks from the
drawer. Go to Kursk street.
       Enter beer-bar.  Talk to Romeo,  but don't say him you are "Buyer 2"
or  you a seeking for a "Hollywood" !  Exit bar.  Go left.  Enter door.  Go
upstairs.  Use  matches  on  box  of  matches.  Get  the clipboard from the
cupboard. Keep going left until you see a door. Enter door and go upstairs.
Knock at door 7.  Young woman will open the door. Tell her you want ask the
questions.  She  mean you are doing an opinion poll.  Tell her it about the
crime.  She'll  let  you  come  in.  Talk  to her until she tells you about
Belussov.  Knock  at door five.  When Belussov open the door tell him about
Lefortovo.  He'll send you to the Ryumin at apartament 4. Tell Ryumin about
the Wrangel island.  He'll let you come in.  Talk to him until he tells you
about  Sytenko and his meatshop.  You'll see two hooligans in the corridor.
Remember them. Go upstairs, drop the clipboard and enter club.
       Tell  the  manager  you  must meet someone here but don't say a word
about "Hollywood" or "Buyer 2"! Offer him 30 bucks and he'll welcome you to
the club.  It's interesting, where the game designers have seen such clubes
in Russia ? See this punk at the window ? Wait until he went to the toilet.
When he leave the club, quickly enter toilet and inspect the trashcan.  Get
the coke. Remember guys you've seen at the corridor? Talk to them. One of them
will offer you to come with him.  Decide to go. When the hooligans will tell
you such stupid things, decide to fight Lyonka.  Congratulations ! You have
completely  kill him.  Search his body and get the lock pick.  Move body to
the right and place it into garbage can.
       Walk to the right until you see a closed door.  Use lock pick on it.
Enter meatshop.  Don't use the light switch ! Go to next room. Use matches.
Look at the cash desk.  Flick the switch.  Enter left door. Now you can use
the electric light.  Look at the carcasses.  Oh, shit ! What's the meat eat
these  poor  Russians !  Leave the cold-room.  Flick the switch at the cash
desk again. Leave the meatshop.
       Return  to the landing and knock at door 6.  Tell Sytenko about this
cold-room.  He'll  let  you  in.  As you finished with him,  you'll see old
Shevchenkova,  coming  downstairs.  Quickly enter toilet and hide the coke.
Use lock pick on old Shevchenkova's door. Enter. Inspect the drawer and get
photo and piece of paper.  Walk through studio door. Get the cassettes from
the drawer.  Play these cassettes on videorecorder. Brr.. Terrible picture.
Exit left.  Oh,  this is Hollywood !  After gangsters leave wait until girl
come in.  Talk to her. Don't tell her about codenames and KGB. The man come
in.  Tell him to let her go.  Listen at the door.  Now you understand why I
told  you to hide the coke.  Get the bug from the table.  Destroy it.  Show
brocken  bug  to  the  American.  Look  at the buzzer above the door.  Tell
American to set the alarm off.  Verto will leave.  Call Rita.  Tell her you
can help her to get coke.  She will open the door. Attack her. She is dead.
American will leave. Go through exit door.Quickly return to the apartaments
and hide behind door.  When Verto come in, attack him.  Shearch him and get
gun, paper and photo.  Get all things from the drawer.  Move Rita's body to
the  studio and hide it at the cupboard.  Take the photo from the sideboard
and folder from TV. Look folder. Get the Polaroid camera from the cupboard.
Use camera on both blank pieces of paper you have.  Now you have two photos
with coded message.  Decode it yourself !  Ok,  ok, one photo contains only
odd letters of the message, but another photo - even. Put the gray piece of
paper  on  Verto's body and white piece to the drawer were you get it.  Ok,
you may leave now.
       Go to deptment P. Talk to Vovlov. Talk to Galushkin. He'll ask you
some questions. Answer him you must go to the Leningrad etc...(see
the coded message).
       Ok, congratulations ! You have complete Chapter one !
