Thank you purchasing this Encore Software product! As you launched this software, you probably noticed the advertising banner on the top of your screen. If you choose to participate, Encore Software can use this space to regularly provide you with the latest on product updates, special offers and discounts of interest. This information will be brought to you without Encore Software capturing any personal data or tracking your computer usage.
This information is delivered to your computer via a feature called the "Updater." The Updater starts each time you launch this program, detecting if you have an open connection to the Internet. Without interfering with your web-browsing session, the Updater then uses that connection to communicate with Encore SoftwareÆs servers.
