  3. JuliaSaver is a screen saver that produces real-time, motion-blurred
  4. fractals.  To install it, run SETUP.EXE from Windows 95; see README.DOC
  5. for more details and instructions, and TECHINFO.DOC for technical
  6. details about the fractal generation (not needed to use the program).

  8. This program is Shareware.  If you like it, please register by sending
  9. $10 to the author.  You may distribute this archive, provided all files
  10. are included.
