  16.                           PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  18. Lotto Challenger is a Shareware Lotto number selection program for players
  19. of Lotto games that pick 5 or 6 numbers.  The program also can be used
  20. with Lotto games that pick 6 numbers with a bonus number.  Lotto
  21. Challenger is unique in that it uses Statistical Analysis instead of a
  22. random number generator to pick your numbers.  Your odds of winning are
  23. also greatly improved by using any of the 20 number systems included with
  24. the program.

  26. Lotto Challenger can easily be configured for your lottery.  A sample data
  27. file for the Florida lottery is included so that you can easily evaluate
  28. the program.  Program registration entitles you to a free data file of
  29. your choice.  The data file contains a minimum of 100 drawings and is
  30. updated with the most recent drawings before mailing.

  32. Lotto Challenger is completely menu driven and very user friendly.  Menu
  33. options can be selected using the keyboard or a mouse.  The program uses
  34. extensive error checking so that you don't accidentally enter duplicate
  35. drawings, invalid dates, numbers, etc.  On-line help is always available.

  37. Lotto Challenger checks the tickets you play each week and gives you the
  38. number of matches for each ticket.  A History option is included so that
  39. you can test playing strategies on previous drawings.

  41. Lotto Challenger requires an IBM-PC or compatible computer with a minimum
  42. of 256K of memory and either MS-DOS or PC-DOS 2.0 or higher.  A color
  43. monitor, hard disk and printer is recommended, but not required.  Graphics
  44. capability is not required.

  49. The file LC.DOC contains Lotto Challenger User's Manual.  For instructions
  50. on how to print the manual and start the program, type GO and press the
  51. Enter/Return key.

  58. Lotto Challenger is a Shareware product.  It is NOT a public domain or
  59. Freeware program.  Shareware means that you are given a specific period of
  60. time in which to use the program before you register your copy.  If you

  71. Challenger main menu, and then press F10 at the closing Shareware screen.
