  30. Feb 28, 1991 ...  Added import/export file option in Utility menu. This is
  31.                   used to export records to a SDF file that the Post Office
  32.                   can use to correct address and zip codes, then import
  33.                   corrected file back to your PHONE database.
  34.  
  35.                   Changed add and edit options so that if only one address
  36.                   line is filled in, it will be stored in the second field,
  37.                   regardless of where it was entered. Only the second address
  38.                   field is exported to a file for Post Office updating.
  39.  
  40.                   Added an option to disable any changes to your PHONE
  41.                   database file. Used mostly so no one will add/change/
  42.                   delete any records while the file is at the Post Office
  43.                   getting updated, while still allowing display/printing,
  44.                   etc. A user password is necessary to enable/disable changes.

  46.                   Changed reindex option in the Utility menu to allow the
  47.                   choice of reindexing only, which is quicker, or removing
  48.                   deleted records and then reindexing. Removing deleted 
  49.                   records can't be done if changes are disabled.

  53.                   Changed printer error function to show status (off line,
  54.                   out of paper, etc.) not just "not ready" as before.

  59.                   zip code entry to either all digits, or allowing characters.
  60.                   Also moved Entering of company name from utility menu to

  63.                   Added a country field, and allowed user to store a
  64.                   default country code in set-up to be used when adding
  65.                   new records. When printing labels, you are given a
  66.                   choice of printing country or not.

  68.                   Added validation when entering in the state field.
  69.                   You will be advised if your data isn't a valid USA
  70.                   state, and given a choice to change it, or leave as is.
  71.                   Except if you leave the state field empty, and your zip
  72.                   field is set up to except any character, no warning will

  81. Nov 23, 1990 ...  When you choose option 0 at the main menu to exit PHONE,
  82.                   the option was added to be able to return to the menu.

  84.                   Added the option to abandon print jobs by pressing ESC 
  85.                   while the printing is in progress.

  87.                   Added progress report while printing (Printing 5 of 500).

  89.                   Added the ability to print the REGISTER.ME file from the

  92.                   Fixed a bug in the clock function that caused it to display

  94.                   as F9, was pressed.

  100.                   Added install option. This will install PHONE for the first

  103.                   by adding a parameter to PHONE from DOS (PHONE INSTALL).

  106.                   are tagged. This changed the database file structure.

  108.                   Added ALT-S pop-up key to display Serial number and
  109.                   who PHONE is registered to.

  160.                   record, it would print all but the last line of your
