SD.PIF A PIF file for running StupenDOS from Windows. You will need
to modify this file to with the PIF editor in the Windows
Accesories group. You need to tell Windows where StupenDOS
is located on your hard disk.
Last minute changes to the manual:
1) Users with little or no EXTENDED or EXPANDED memory
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Normally when running PKZMENU, StupenDOS spawns PKZMENU. This means that
when you are finsihed running PKZMENU, you will be returned to StupenDOS.
If you would rather run PKZMENU, and return to DOS when you are through,
you can do this by specifying /P+ on the command line. The advantage is
that PKZMENU will have more memory to work with. The drawback is that
you do not return to StupenDOS when you are through running PKZMENU.
Specifying /P- on the command line tells StupenDOS to SPAWN PKZMENU. The
default setting is /P-. This is an advanced option, and is generally only
needed if you have a system that has no Extended or Expanded memory.
If you want this option to be set each time StupenDOS is run, you must write
the setup in the SETUP Pull Down Menu.
To tell StupenDOS to run PKZMENU, then return to DOS when finished

2) If you have no Extended or Expanded memory, StupenDOS will normally
write itself to disk when running an external program. If you do not
want StupenDOS to ever write itself to memory or disk, start StupenDOS
with the /S- parameter. You must then save the setup for this change to
become permanent.
