  37.           Please feel free to copy the Easy Format package and pass it out
  38.           to your friends and associates.  We not only don't mind if you
  39.           do, we encourage you to pass it out.  What better testimony to
  40.           the usefulness of a product, than the word-of-mouth (or disk)
  41.           advertising by the people who actually use the product.  If you
  42.           like it, chances are, your friends will too.

  44.           The only requirement is that you pass it out as a complete
  45.           package - including the documentation files and executable
  46.           programs - and that you don't alter or modify any part of the
  47.           package in any way.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a
  48.           complete list of the files which comprise up the complete
  49.           package.

  51.           Some people prefer to have the programs on one disk (or in one
  52.           archive file) and the documentation on another.  The PACKING.LST
  53.           text file lists the files which should be included on each disk
  54.           (or in each archive file).  If the package is passed out in two
  55.           parts like this, both parts must be passed out together.  Thanks

  66.           file (provided with registered versions) which provides important
  67.           information about passing out copies to others.  Thanks for your

  70.           The Easy Format User's Guide is in the text file called
  71.           "EZMANUAL.DOC".  The User's Guide contains important information
  72.           which will help you to get the most out of the Easy Format
  73.           package.  We highly recommend that you print out a copy for
  74.           future reference.

  77.           Printing the User's Guide:

  79.           The Easy Format User's Guide is ready to print.  For your
  80.           convenience, page breaks and margins are already included.  The
  81.           left margin is slightly larger, leaving you plenty of room to
  82.           punch holes and insert the manual into a notebook or binder.
  83.           EZMANUAL.DOC is properly set up for most printers.  Ideally, it
  84.           should be printed in a 10 character-per-inch font.
  85.           Proportionally spaced fonts are not recommended.  The User's
  86.           Guide is about 70 pages long.

  88.           You may use standard DOS commands to print the Easy Format User's
  89.           Guide.  The following information provides instructions for
  90.           several ways of printing the User's Guide.

  108.           most out of Easy Format, you should take a few minutes to read
  109.           the User's Guide.  The User's Guide is easy to read and very
  110.           thorough.

  125.           means that you are free to try the program for yourself, on your
  126.           own computer system(s), with no salespeople looking over your
  127.           shoulder.  We know that a few minutes, or even a few hours, is
  128.           often not enough time to tell if a particular software package is
  129.           exactly what you need, so we give you an entire month (a full 30
  130.           days) to evaluate Easy Format.  If, after the 30 day evaluation
  131.           period, you decide to continue using the program, please show
  132.           your support by becoming a registered user.  For complete
  133.           registration details, please refer to the REGISTER.DOC text file.
