  5.           A concise HELP MENU is available in Command mode by pressing ^J or 
  6.      [F1], and then A,E,K,O,P,Q for Alt, Esc, ^K, ^O, ^P, and ^Q commands.

  10. II. CONTROL KEYS:  single keystroke commands.

  13.        ^E = up.    ^D = right.             ^F,^A = move to word right, left.
  14.        ^X = down.  ^S = left.

  124. VII. ESC-KEY COMMANDS:  first press [Esc], then the key shown.

  127.      Esc[Tab] = variable tab forward (even in hard tab mode).
  128.      Esc[<],[>] = shift screen horizontally 32 columns.
  129.      Esc[^],[v] = shift screen vertically 1/4 screen.
  130.      Esc? = switch to MenuBar mode.  (In macro mode: call up MenuBar.)

  132.      Esc[       = define a macro string of commands; Esc[0..9],[A..Z] useable;
  133.                     ^P + Code to enter a control code (e.g.^P^L for formfeed).
  134.      Esc"       = record a macro from keystrokes; end recording with another
  135.                     Esc"; 65 keystroke limit.
  136.      Esc]       = store macro on alphanumeric key for later recall.
  137.      Esc0...Z   = use stored key.  (In macro mode: jump label.)
  138.      Esc!,=,~,$ = jumps and loops, used in macro programming (see MACROS).
  139.      Esc*       = universal toggle set.
  140.      Esc(),+,-  = counter, used in macro programming.
  141.      Esc;       = brief pause, during macro execution only.

  144. VII.  PRINTING (^KP) -  The ^KP command Prints the file from memory.  You will be 
  145.     asked for a set of "Options:", at which point you may enter one or more of 
  146.     the following, in any order:
  147.        '...'  sends a string of printer control commands before printing 
  148.             begins.  These must be entered in ASCII format: type in the ACTUAL 
  149.             characters or control codes.  If the command is "Esc A" (1B 41 
  150.             hex), type "Esc","A".  (For control codes, 01 = ^A, 02 = ^B, etc.  
  151.             Some will require the ^P prefix: 00 (^@)  = ^P@, etc.  You may 
  152.             find an ASCII table helpful; see PRINTER INSTALLATION.)

  154.        Tnn    sets a TOP MARGIN skip of nn lines.     [The default margins can
  155.        Lnn    sets a LEFT MARGIN skip of nn columns.    be set with VINST.]
  156.        D      DOUBLESPACES the printout.
  157.        ^      FILTERS control codes (like ^X) so they print out as text "^X".
  158.        *nn    prints the entire job out nn TIMES (nn=1...255).
  159.        P      PAUSES for your keystroke before each page prints (sheet feed).
  160.        B      prints only the currently marked BLOCK.
  161.        (FILENAME)   redirects printer output to a disk file.  All print 
  162.             control codes will go into the file just as they would have been 
  163.             sent to your printer.  If you want to append the output to an 
  164.             existing file, type a "+" before the name: (+FILENAME).
  165.        A      ENVELOPE addressing - mark block, insert envelope in printer.
  166.        N      NUMBERS pages sequentially, at top right.
  167.        C      numbers pages at bottom CENTER.
  168.        "..."  uses the quoted string as a HEADER.  The string will print at 
  169.             the top right unless it begins with a "<" character, in whic
