  7. With this demo you have got the possibility to have a close look at the soon
  8. coming PC-version of the game "THE CLUE!".
  9.  
  10.  
  11.         London in the 50's. A town controlled by crime and
  12.         corruption, the fight of the police against organized
  13.         crime has already started, professional burglars are
  14.         facing hard times.
  15.  
  16.         You find yourself as Matt Stuvysent, a poor guy in
  17.         rich London in the 50's. You have to try to
  18.         start a carreer as criminal with just one aim...
  19.         the often tried robbery of the crown jewels...
  20.

  22. With this demo you have got a partly playable demo of our latest game
  23. "THE CLUE!". You easily control the game with mouse, joystick or keyboard.
  24. To select a menu just press the left mousebutton, a joystickbutton or
  25. the 'ENTER' key.

  27. To scroll the text in the bubble, use the cursor keys or move the
  28. mousepointer above the arrows (it is not necessary to click!).
  29. To leave a menu, just press the right mousebutton.

  33. This demo is running on all PC's with a minimum of 580 KB conventional
  34. memory and a minimum of 1 MB XMS memory free. A VGA graphiccard,
  35. MS-DOS 5.0 or higher and a harddisk are required. Microsoft compatible
  36. mouse, joystick, adlib and soundblaster are supported.

  38. You will have enough money to buy all cars and tools in this demo.
  39. Sorry, but you are not able to plan a burglary in that demo.

  41. The finished version will include:

  43.         More than 40 scenes, second-hand-car-shops, receivers,
  44.         bars etc., which have a determining influence on the adventure-
  45.         like story. All scenes have got different animated graphics
  46.         and soundtracks.
  47.  
  48.         More than 20 buildings have been included true to the original
  49.         and can be observed and entered. Try to get a detailed
  50.         ground plan to organize your robbery well.
  51.  
  52.         Try to win more than 60 characters for your gang who
  53.         will otherwise cause trouble by working for themselves or
  54.         maybe for the police.
  55.  
  56.         The PC CD-ROM version will be enhanced with a 50 minute speech
  57.         pack in HIFI quality.
