  5. The above named  application is provided as is
  6. and has NOT been tested on  net-work  computer
  7. system and  must only be installed on a STAND-
  8. ALONE computer.   This  application  has  been
  9. released as SHAREWARE and  you should obtain a
  10. full  licence  after / within the - (30)- days
  11. evaluation period,  from the date of the first
  12. installation and you intend to keep it.  After
  13. the  evaluation  period  the  application will
  14. show sporadically reminder screens to register
  15. but its full functionallity will be maintained
  16.

  22. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY:

  24.  This Future Trend Enterprise End-User License
  25.  Agreement is a legal  agreement  between  you
  26.  (either an  individual  or  a  single entity)
  27.  and Future Trend Enterprise  for the software
  28.  product  identified  above,   which  includes
  29.  computer software  and  associated  media and
  30.  printed materials,  and may include online or
  31.  electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or
  32.  SOFTWARE). By installing, copying,  or other-
  33.  wise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to
  34.  be bound by the terms of this EndUser Licence
  35.  Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms,
  36.  DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  39. SOFTWARE PRODUCT PRELIMINARY LICENCE

  41.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright
  42.  laws and international copyright treaties,  as
  43.  well  as other intellectual  property laws and
  44.  treaties.    The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed,
  45.  not sold.

  48. GRANT OF LICENSE This EndUser Licence Agreement
  49.  grants you the following rights:   You may in-
  50.  stall and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  51.  on a single computer. Give a copy to a friend.

  61. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  63.  Limitations on  Reverse  Engineering, Decompi-
  64.  lation and Disassembly.   You may  not reverse
  65.  engineer,    decompile,   or  disassemble  the
  66.  SOFTWARE PRODUCT.    Separation of Components.
  67.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT  is  licensed as a single
  68.  product.   Its  component  parts  may  not  be
  69.  separated for use on more than one computer.
  70.  
  71.  Termination.   Without  prejudice to any other
  72.  rights, Future Trend Enterprise  may terminate
  73.  this   End-User  Licence Agreement if you fail
  74.  to comply  with  the terms  and conditions. In
  75.  such event, you must destroy all copies of the
  76.  SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its components.

  78. COPYRIGHT.  All title and copyrights in  and to
  79.  the SOFTWARE PRODUCT       (including  but not
  80.  limited to any images, photographs, animations
  81.  video, audio, music, text, and applets, incor-
  82.  porated  into  the   SOFTWARE  PRODUCT),   the
  83.  accompanying printed materials and  any copies
  84.  of the  SOFTWARE  PRODUCT  are owned by Future
  85.  Trend Enterprise or its suppliers.

  87.  Should  you have any questions concerning this
  88.  End-User  Licence Agreement,  or if you desire
  89.  to  contact  Future  Trend  Enterprise for any

  100. LIMITED WARRANTY
  101.  
  102.  - Future Trend Enterprise -   warrants  that  the
  103.  SOFTWARE PRODUCT will  perform  substantially  in
  104.  accordance   with   the   accompanying    written
  105.  materials for a period of  thirty (30) days  from
  106.  the date of installation  on a  single  computer.
  107.  After this trial period to program will  continue
  108.  to function fully with the implementation showing 
  109.  sporadically a friendly registration reminder.
  110.  
  111. NO OTHER WARRANTIES
  112.  
  113. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED  BY APPLICABLE LAW
  114. FUTURE TREND ENTERPRISE AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM
  115. ALL  OTHER  WARRANTIES, EITHER  EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
  116. INCLUDING,  BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  117. OF MERCHANTABILITY AND  FITNESS  FOR  A PARTICULAR
  118. PURPOSE  WITH  REGARD TO THE  SOFTWARE PRODUCT. NO
  119. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO  EVENT
  120. SHALL FUTURE TREND  ENTERPRISE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE
  121. LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,  INDIRECT   OR
  122. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT
  123. LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS  PROFITS,
  124. BUSINESS  INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS  INFORMA-
  125. TION,  OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF
  126. THE  USE  OF  OR  INABILITY  TO  USE  THE SOFTWARE
  127. PRODUCT, EVEN IF FUTURE TREND ENTERPRISE HAS  BEEN
  128. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.BECAUSE
  129. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EX-
  130. CLUSION  OR LIMITATION  OF  LIABILITY   FOR CONSE-
  131. QUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,  THE ABOVE LIMITA-
  132. TION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
