  6. *** Installation ***

  8. If you have downloaded this file to your hard drive, we recommend that 
  9. you copy the SETUP.EXE file to a 'temporary' subdirectory. Once the 
  10. installation is complete, you can then go back and delete the SETUP.EXE 
  11. file from the temporary subdirectory.

  13. WINDOWS 3.x -- activate the Program Manager, select Run from the File 
  14. menu, select the BROWSE button, and navigate to the drive/directory that 
  15. contains the SETUP.EXE file. Highlight the SETUP.EXE file and click the 
  16. OK button, then click the OK button in the next window, and follow the 
  17. prompts.

  19. WINDOWS 95 -- activate the Start menu, select the Run option, select the 
  20. BROWSE button, and navigate to the drive/directory that contains the 
  21. SETUP.EXE file. Highlight the SETUP.EXE file and click the OK button, 
  22. then click the OK button in the next window, and follow the prompts.

  25. *** Requirements ***

  27. The Virtual Hymnal is a 32-bit application, which normally means that
  28. Windows 95 or Windows NT is required. However, this program will run under 
  29. Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups 3.11 *IF* the Microsoft 
  30. 32-bit extensions have been installed (see WIN32S.TXT for details).

  32. In addition to the above, the Virtual Hymnal also requires at least 
  33. 12Mb of RAM memory.
