  3.       PROBLEM. The executable file EB.EXE was not unpacked by the
  4.                installation program.

  6.       You are probably running an early version of a TSR anti virus
  7.       program. Some early AV TSRs mistake the unpacking of an .Exe
  8.       file for virus activity and stop the process. In certain 
  9.       circumstances this can also happen if you have Mirror.Com
  10.       loaded with the "t" option set.
