Labels:text | plant OCR: Management visitors Management Even before the National Trust took over the Fen, visitors came to explore the area and the wildlife. Today the Fen is visited by 30,000 people each year. Some come to walk and have a day out, others to watch FACILITIES birds and wildlife, others on education trips and some are experts and specialists doing very advanced studies. All are welcome and the Trust has done much to make their visits enjoyable. To cater for the needs of visitors a number of facilities are available at Wicken Fen, Special events are also organised such as pond dipping, glass painting workshops and even a ghost walk. K
