  70. does not agree to subject any of his personal assets to the
  71. payment of this debt. However, the HOLDER of this note may seek
  72. to subject any and all security for this debt for foreclosure or
  73. other applicable legal or equitable remedies. However, a
  74. deficiency, if any, shall not be a personal obligation of the
  75. HOLDER. The HOLDER shall be entitled to receive attorney's fees
  76. and other costs of collection, provided that the same shall only
  77. collected from proceeds from foreclosure or other legal or
  78. equitable remedies related to security for this debt, if any.
  79. Such attorney's fees and collection costs shall not be a personal
  80. obligation of the MAKER and the MAKER's personal assets shall not
  81. be subject to the payment of these sums, however any property
  82. which is specifically pledged may be subject to foreclosure or
  83. other remedy allowed by law.
