  3. A right that some states recognize is a "right to work" in order 
  4. words, that union membership or paying union fees cannot be 
  5. required to have as a condition of getting a job.  This right 
  6. does not apply, even if on the books, in federally regulated jobs 
  7. where union are permitted (Railroads for example).  In the states 
  8. listed  the "right to work" can be enforced through either court 
  9. or administrative action.  See an attorney for details.
