  14. 1)  Description
  15.  
  16.     Chock A Block is an amusing game of dexterity and skill for the Psion 3.

  18.     Enjoy!

  20. 2)  Registration
  21.  
  22.     Chock A Block is fully functional.  You are granted a licence 
  23.     (please see the detailed Terms & Conditions set out below) to enjoy
  24.     Chock A Block. However, this version is only a limited demo version,
  25.     with just ten levels to complete. Upon registration, you will receive
  26.     the full commercial version of this game, including more than fifty
  27.     levels, and a level editor/designer.
  28.     
  29.     In order to register your copy of Chock A Block, you should make a payment
  30.     (suggested minimum 10 pounds sterling or local equivalent).  Payment 
  31.     should be by cheques drawn on UK Banks or Building Societies made payable 
  32.     to BSF Systems Ltd or in cash.  Please contact us if you wish
  33.     to discuss other forms of payment.

  35.     Registering will result in us posting you the full version of Chock 
  36.     A Block, which includes more than fifty levels, and a level editor/
  37.     designer. Please indicate the format in which you would like the program
  38.     to be supplied (eg PC 3.5in disk, Mac format, etc).

  40.     Registration also has the major benefit of giving you the warm
  41.     feeling of satisfaction that you are supporting the development of
  42.     software for the Psion Series 3.

  44. 3)  Installation & Logistics
  45.  
  46.     a) Setup
  47.  
  48.        Copy the files CHOCK-A.APP and CHOCK-A.ODB to any directory on any 
  49.        drive and use PSION-I to install Chock A Block to the system screen.  
  50.        Chock A Block is a type 0 application and so has no filelist on the 
  51.        system screen.

  53.     b) General Operation.

  55.        Chock A Block has online Instructions, selectable from the opening menu.

  57. 4)  Terms & Conditions

  59.     a) Chock A Block comprises the files CHOCK-A.APP, CHOCK-A.ODB and this 
  60.        file CHOCK-A.TXT. 
  61.        Chock A Block is copyright material of BSF Systems Ltd. and all 
  62.        ownership rights are retained.

  64.     b) You may use and distribute Chock A Block only in accordance with the 
  65.        terms and conditions stated here.

  67.     c) You may NOT modify Chock A Block in any way.
  68.  
  69.     d) You may use Chock A Block only in a personal and private capacity.  
  70.        Use within commercial, corporate or government institutions requires a
  71.        commercial users licence.

  73.     e) You may distribute Chock A Block only provided that :

  75.        i)   All the original files are included (in particular these
  76.             terms and conditions).

  78.        ii)  NO charge is made other than to cover the fair and
  79.             reasonable costs of distribution.

  81.        Any distribution of Chock A Block that renders any form of commercial
  82.        advantage (financial or otherwise) to the distributor, requires a
  83.        commercial distributors license.

  85.     f) While appropriate care has been taken in the creation of Chock A Block,
  86.        BSF Systems Ltd. does not warrant that the software is
  87.        error free.  Indeed, BSF Systems Ltd. disclaims all and
  88.        any warranties relating to the software.

  90.     g) Under no circumstances shall BSF Systems Ltd. be liable
  91.        for consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind
  92.        arising from the use of the Chock A Block software.
