  6.       convert.opa      ->        \APP\
  7.       convert.odb      ->        \OPD\

  9. and install on the main menu.

  11. Sorry to any Americans using this, the values for conversion are British,
  12. but all the values are in convert.odb so feel free to mess around with it.
