I don't really need to explain such a pathetically simple program, do I? It just changes the name of a city created with Sim City since the program is too crap to allow you to do this. You can also put spaces in the name.
This program is freeware, knitware, swimware, whatever you want to call it. You can pass it round without charge and PD libraries really ought to contact me before distributing it though if you can't be bothered I don't mind. The copyright is mine at all times. Don't bugger about with the code either please.
