  3.  LICHTBILD ORDER FORM                                    INTRODUCTORY MATERIAL

  6.  This order form is a text file named  ORDER.FRM.  You can print it, then fill
  7.  it in by hand. Or you can load it into a text editor (such as DOS EDIT), then
  8.  type your answers before you print it out (using DOS PRINT, for example).
  9.  WHEN SENDING US THE FORM VIA COMPUSERVE,PLEASE DO NOT USE AN ATTACHED UPLOAD;
  10.  that method costs both of us money.   A better way is to paste the  completed
  11.  form into the email line editor (using a paced ASCII upload).  An even easier
  12.  way is to use a CompuServe reader program, such as CIM, OzCIS or TAPCIS.

  25.   PRICING:               All prices are in Australian dollars. Cheques must be
  26.                          made payable to   lichtbild p/l, Beaumaris, Australia 
  27.                          and must be issued in Australian dollar.  Some inter-
  28.                          national money  orders  (usually via the post office)
  29.                          are also  appropriate.  Eurocheques issued in  German
  30.                          Marks (DEM) are also accepted.

  32.   CREDIT CARDS:          This is the preferred method of payment. We do accept
  33.                          the following credit cards: American Express, Master-
  34.                          Card, Visa.  You  must fill  out the form provided in
  35.                          this file.

  38.   COMPUSERVE:            For some of  our shareware products you can  register
  39.                          and pay via  CompuServe (GO SWREG).  Prices are in US
  40.                          dollar and are higher to cover additional costs.

  43.   CASH PAYMENT:          Mailing cash is not recommended.  However,  since  we
  44.                          can process  currencies from  most countries  with  a
  45.                          population of  twenty million or more,  this might be 
  46.                          the  most  convenient  payment  method for you if you 
  47.                          live outside Australia.  Do  not send coins but round 
  48.              up to the next banknote value.  Wrap cash payments in
  49.                          dark paper. We do not accept responsibility  for cash 
  50.                          lost in the mail.

  53.   PURCHASE ORDERS:       We accept PO's from  Fortune 1000 companies;  govern-
  54.                          ment offices (state, provincial and national); natio-
  55.                          nally  distributed  media;  plus officially certified
  56.                          service, charitable and educational institutions.

  58.   RECOMMENDATION:        Registered users  who recommend our software to other
  59.                          users resulting in a registration  receive their next
  60.                          upgrade free of charge (via floppy disc).

  73.   MAIL:                  We  deliver all  software on 3.5" 1.44 MB floppy disc
  74.                          in PC format  (includes newest versions of all of our
  75.                          shareware)  and the manual by mail.  We charge a flat
  76.                          rate for postage and handling of A$6.00 outside  Aus-
  77.                          tralia and A$4.00 within Australia. Optionally we can
  78.                          email software to any CompuServe address. A surcharge
  79.                          of A$5.00 per product applies.

  82.   ----------------------------- WARRANTY ------------------------------------

  85.   SHAREWARE:             Upon registration we deliver the newest product  ver-
  86.                          sion plus  all of  our other  shareware  programs  on
  87.                          disc plus manual.  This  software  comes unwarranted.
  88.                          New versions can be obtained from the usual shareware
  89.                          sources.  For  registered  users  we can mail out new
  90.                          versions  for a service fee of  A$6.00  plus postage.
  91.                          (add A$5.00 for optional new manual).

  94.   PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS: Software  problems must be reported within 3 month of
  95.                          delivery. We will mail or email fixes as soon as pos-
  96.                          sible.  Please report any problems by mail, or by FAX
  97.                          (+61-3-584 9638),  or via  CompuServe  (100026,3365).
  98.                          Upgrades to  new versions  are offered  to registered
  99.                          users and carry an upgrade fee depending  on the pro-
  100.                          duct.
